Synopsis:

Now that she's alone, can she make it on her own? Will he ever let another person come into his life?

After the death of her husband, Lara (Bea Alonzo) rents out her condo and moves in with her in-laws. This is how she meets Chris Panlilio (Sam Milby), an Amboy who apparently just lost his wife too. He becomes her tenant. They would change each other's lives.

Lara and Chris bond as they deal with their respective losses. He teaches her to trust herself to be independent; she teaches him to entrust his heart to someone again. They find solace in each other and fall in love, but no sooner do their past hurts and thwarted hopes threaten their blossoming relationship and cast a doubt in their minds about each other.
